Just saying.
A "die-in" at Boston's South Station:

From the Boston Globe: Protest of Israeli airstrikes at South Station draws curiosity, anger
Commuters met the mock dead with looks of curiosity, annoyance and anger, rushing past the "Die In" staged by local Jewish youth to protest civilian deaths in Lebanon from Israeli airstrikes.
"People need to see these images and have these conversations about what large scale civilian death looks like, and what we can do to make it end," said Liz Jackson, a 27-year-old protest organizer.
Protesters wore black shirts reading "Not all U.S. Jews support Israel's actions." They moved from South Station to the plaza in front of One Financial Center as hundreds of people hustled to work...
Not all commuters were amused. From one official complaint:
Details: On Monday August 1, 2006, at 8:10 am while walking from the commuter train through the South Station on my way to work, I witnessed an obscene protest by about 20 anti-Israel protesters, some holding signs or passing out leaflets, others "playing dead" on the floor and blocking an entrance to Red line. The police stood around without trying to remove them or helping to facilitate the passage of commuters. I literally almost had to step on these protesters prostrated on the floor in order to get to my destination.
As a commuter, I strongly object and want to register my complaint with the MBTA for allowing this disruption of the morning commute by a fringe political group. These people endangered the safety of the passengers.
I request to know whether this demonstration inside the South Station had a permit and was legally authorized. I urge you to ban this group from your premises.
Sincerely...
Nothing brings folks over to your cause more effectively than laying around annoying people.

1) You must have Javascript enabled in your browser in order to comment (blame the spammers). If you don't know what that is, you're probably fine.
2) HTML is on, so basic html should work. Raw links will be made auto-clickable, too, so even if you don't know html you can just paste in the link and it should work fine. Keep the "http://" in it.
3) Comments are generally unmoderated, which means I don't necessarily agree with the tone and tenor of everything posted. In fact, sometimes people post things they don't really mean just to make other people look bad. The internet is an anonymous place for the most part. That said...
4) I welcome you to post here. I'd love to have your input, agree, disagree or just offer a different data point, really. If I didn't want any participation, I'd turn off comments. It may pay to recall a famous line from the Tom Selleck magnum opus, Mr. Baseball: "Jack-san, you want Yoji's advice about the babes, you come to Yoji with respect."
5) Enjoy your stay!

If you want to know what this protest is really all about, I strongly recommend you read the section titled "A Personal Recollection" in the following essay:

The whole piece by Lee Harris is a classic, probably the best written work on 9/11 in the last five years. All worth a read.

Right. Just those who think straight do..............
What is the 'official complaint' quoting from? It has no link.
Ah, sorry. Should have noted. That was forwarded to me by the person who filed it. Hence, no link.
So? Is it legal? I want to know. I must confess....if I were walking through South Station....in a hurry....trying to get to my train...someone *might* accidently get kicked...lol.
Young Jewish people laying on the ground dead...
Oh, so *that's* what a Ketusha attack on Tel Aviv looks like. Effective communication skills in action.
