The Shoebat Foundation has posted video from the 1989 2nd annual convention of the Islamic Association for Palestine, held in Kansas City, Missouri. The IAP was a Hamas front group, now defunct, and the progenitor of CAIR:
IAP was the parent organization of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was co-founded in 1994 by Nihad Awad (IAP's President), Omar Ahmad (IAP's Public Relations Director), and Ibrahim Hooper (an IAP employee).
Sadly, this disturbing video is in a teeny, tiny window, but if you've got good eyes, you'll get the picture (maybe someone will come up with a larger version and I'll link to that). This stuff should be shown every time Nihad Awad makes an appearance.

A lovely set of speakers, one of them, according to the translation, addressing the need to take the heads off of infidels. Kansas City, right in the heartland, and that was in '89, prior to the point where Pres. Bush caused all the problems in the world. About the only thing more surprising would be to see this happening in a Mennonite community.
