Hamas chief says suicide bombings 'a natural right'

DAMASCUS (AFP) - Hamas supremo Khaled Meshaal has defended Palestinian suicide bombings as a "natural right" while denouncing what he called Washington's ambitions to dominate the Middle East.

"Our enemies ... don't understand that a suicide operation ... is a natural right," the exiled leader told students in Damascus, adding that Palestinians live "under Israeli occupation and have the right to fight and defend themselves"...

Supremo? I guess that's one of those handy news words that people write occasionally, but never actually say, like solon.

A right? Why doesn't somebody tell God that? All I did was drown myself and I end up in a world of colon clearing despair. (Ask for help - and mean it, and he'll let you out.)

May all those who urge suicide as an answer to any problem get an itch in the small of the back while they're in the Circle of False Counselors.

God is merciful. I'm not God.
