Look what's on the Hamas web site:
According to Palestinian Media Watch:
By Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook
The terrorist wing of Hamas has placed on its website's homepage a graphic of the destruction of the Star of David - the symbol of Israel - in a nuclear holocaust.
The homepage of Az A-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, the terrorist wing of Hamas, features a black rectangle at the top of the page in which a Star of David appears. This is followed immediately by an image of a nuclear explosion that erases the star. Then Arabic words appear:
"The Az A-Din Al-Qassam website exclusively tells the whole story of the most elusive squad [to be uncovered] in the history of the Entity [i.e. Israel], in the city of Ramallah."
When clicking on the window more information appears glorifying this "elusive" terrorist cell, captured by Israel.
The scene of the atomic destruction of the Star of David repeats every few seconds.
The graphics can be seen by following this link: www.alqassam.com/arabic/
The PMW report doesn't say what the story is about.

It's been a while since I visited Solomonia, and that was a mistake. Sol is yet another long-time liberal who "began to have 'second thoughts'" largely as a consequence of Sept. 11. His blog is worth regular visits for anyone concerned about the ... Read More

It may pay to recall a famous line from the Tom Selleck magnum opus, Mr. Baseball: "Jack-san, you want Yoji's advice about the babes, you come to Yoji with respect."

The name of the video's file is "kaleeya" which I think is the Arabic cognate of Hebrew "k'laya" (כליה) - annihilation.
How infantile, to issue such a swaggering boast, and how myopic too. Nuke a major Israeli city and how many Palestinians will die or be made extremely sick. And what do these peabrains think the rest of the non-Muslim world would do in the face of a nuclear strike against Israel?
Nuke a major Israeli city and how many Palestinians will die or be made extremely sick.
Many. Call it suicide bombing en masse.
Increase their aid budgets in the face of the nuclear threat? We may have to. If Israel gets nuked, what do you think will happen to the Israeli nuclear arsenal. I think it will be used, and possibly not only on Iranian targets. Thank of any major Arab city, Damascus, Ridayh, Bagdhad, Cairo, Mecca? If the Israelis are not suffered to live what compelling reason would they have to withhold their hand?
