Whatever the forthcoming report from Lord Hutton says, the BBC won't fire or hold anyone accountable for their inaccurate reporting last year. That's the word from Greg Dyke, fierce critic of the U.S. press and head honcho at the BBC. It would be hard to get a better insight into big media arrogance.
