Only when Israel enforced a near total separation from the Palestinians in 2003-2004 did the level of terrorist killing decline significantly. But this was soon followed by increasing factional violence, which is consistent with the fact that money was still being made available to purchase weapons and pay the salaries of the expanding militias...

1) You must have Javascript enabled in your browser in order to comment (blame the spammers). If you don't know what that is, you're probably fine.
2) HTML is on, so basic html should work. Raw links will be made auto-clickable, too, so even if you don't know html you can just paste in the link and it should work fine. Keep the "http://" in it.
3) Comments are generally unmoderated, which means I don't necessarily agree with the tone and tenor of everything posted. In fact, sometimes people post things they don't really mean just to make other people look bad. The internet is an anonymous place for the most part. That said...
4) I welcome you to post here. I'd love to have your input, agree, disagree or just offer a different data point, really. If I didn't want any participation, I'd turn off comments. It may pay to recall a famous line from the Tom Selleck magnum opus, Mr. Baseball: "Jack-san, you want Yoji's advice about the babes, you come to Yoji with respect."
5) Enjoy your stay!

I read the link and still don't understand: "homicides" include what? Israeli terror victims? Israeli combat deaths? Palestinians killed in internal fighting? Palestinian honor killing victims?
The author seems to want to push the word "homicide" more than he wants to clarify his point.
there is a saying that this region is supposed to be the hinges of planet earth, meaning that war or peace will have an impact on the entire planet. this demands clear mindsets when addressing such sensitive issues...message is that the first temple was build under the name solomon, the last will be built under the same name...amen. praise be the God of all wonders...intelligence means nothing to HIM.
shepard boy and the shulamite should be the new version of romeo and juliet. "truly love is like fire no rivers will ever quench"...at times i have the emotions of the shepard boy hehe...God bless Israel.
