Children with wire cutters and sledge hammers too heavy for their pencil-arms, guided by Palestinian Arab minders and companions with cameras to capture their "bravery" for posterity. From Honest Reporting's blog ("Here's how peace activists encourage Israel to use non-violent methods against Palestinian terror"): Good Fence, Lousy Neighbors
I wonder how they'd feel if a terrorist went through the hole they made and killed someone? That fence is serious business, not a play thing. These little punks go home after they've had their fun. Everyone else has to live with the consequences of what they've done.

It may pay to recall a famous line from the Tom Selleck magnum opus, Mr. Baseball: "Jack-san, you want Yoji's advice about the babes, you come to Yoji with respect."

It reminds me of Rachel Corrie's "bravery", dying as she did trying to "resist" a bulldozer looking for weapons buried in the ground, weapons that were intended for terrorist activities against innocent Israelis. All these Che Guevara wannabes imagine themselves fighting an evil empire while they are in fact quite simply criminally irresponsible.
What do you think they'll feel if the fence is breached by terrorists? Would they even be there if they had the slightest compunction about Israelis getting hurt? They can't be that stupid.
The scum who did this could not only care less if innocents are murdered as a result of their actions, they tell themselves that the victims are at fault. In part we are, because we treat our enemies too nicely. Case in point, if the perps in this video had any fear of serious punishment they would not have attacked our security fence.
* What do you mean "if the fence is breached by terrorists. Make that heroic freedom fighters bravely resisting the racist, colonial occupation? Why they'd feel downright proud of themselves.
* No.
* Yes, they are.
What disturbed me is that they were at it so long without being interrupted by an Israeli patrol. True, they carefully avoided cutting the black signal cables, but shouldn't their activity have activated some motion detector or turned on some video surveillance?
