A Tufts Fletcher School editor rejects a review written by Harvard professor Sara Roy on a new book about Hamas for too "one-sided"...in favor of Hamas:
A common flaw in the academic world: Many who study a subject or region become its advocates. All the more serious when you've been living in Gaza studying Hamas. The reviewer found the book, Hamas: Politics, Charity, and Terrorism in the Service of Jihad by Matthew Levitt insufficiently nuanced and too tough on Hamas.
Roy once used the occasion of "a Holocaust memorial lecture to suggest that Israelis are Nazis" and delivered what must be described as a fawning introduction to Norman Finkelstein during a recent visit to Brandeis.

This was the piece I wrote for Pajamas Media in February. Since the requisite time has passed, I thought I'd repost it here. Right after I submitted it, Finkelstein made yet another shocking trip to Hizballahville. Here's my PJ piece:... Read More

1) You must have Javascript enabled in your browser in order to comment (blame the spammers). If you don't know what that is, you're probably fine.
2) HTML is on, so basic html should work. Raw links will be made auto-clickable, too, so even if you don't know html you can just paste in the link and it should work fine. Keep the "http://" in it.
3) Comments are generally unmoderated, which means I don't necessarily agree with the tone and tenor of everything posted. In fact, sometimes people post things they don't really mean just to make other people look bad. The internet is an anonymous place for the most part. That said...
4) I welcome you to post here. I'd love to have your input, agree, disagree or just offer a different data point, really. If I didn't want any participation, I'd turn off comments. It may pay to recall a famous line from the Tom Selleck magnum opus, Mr. Baseball: "Jack-san, you want Yoji's advice about the babes, you come to Yoji with respect."
5) Enjoy your stay!

"despite their agreement with many of your points,...."
that says it all. I guess I should be grateful that they were willing to be "objective" about a piece they agreed with.
It should be noted that the usual suspects are screaming censorship.
Poor Sara Roy! A sudden victim of censorship. I can't tell you how many times Ms. Roy threatened to expel me and my friends from her Harvard Central Committee-like Center for Middle East Studies lecture series. You see, we were the only dissenters in the room whenever she and Herb Kelman would invite the cavalcade of Israel-bashers for the past six years. At least 80% of the "scholars" were of the ultra "new historian" variety. Perhaps the most nauseating episode was in 2006 when Ms. Roy and her partner in hate, Lenore Martin of that world-famous college, Emmanuel (not to be confused with the x rated films), presided over a gushing school girl rapture over the HAMAS electoral victory. You see, both women are Jewish - you understand the "frisson" they must have experienced, especially Ms. Martin who was able to actually embrace Hamasnicks who, of course, she knows would slaughter Jewish children at the drop of a kaffiyeh. It's their way to "epater les juifs". The best antisemitism of all comes from Jews themselves. But, of course, they're just "nuancing" the situation.
How does it feel, Sara? Someone at Tufts actually had the b---s to call you out.
Why doesn't Sara Roy end her occupation of Native American land and return to her ancestral home in Europe?
There is nothing more revolting than a self-loathing, Stockholm Syndrome Jew eager to dance for her anti-Jewish masters in the anti-Israel cult reigning in academia.
The ONLY answer is to fight back and call them out on their blind eye toward Islamofascist atrocities commited all over the world.
The Islamofascist world is vast and there are LOTS of events that should be scrutinized, publicised as obsessively as they slam Israel.
Here is a link to an article at FrontPage about Israeli Self-Hating Jews who have found a welcoming home in British academia.

Good resource. I put that one up as a quick-link.

For nearly a hundred years, the New York Zionists and their forbears have held the world to ransom...the launch of the A-380 on January 18 marked the official beginning of the end...Unable to stop the A-380 by direct means, or by indirect acts of sabotage on Concorde and the A-380 terminals, the money lenders sent Boeing off on a different and quite ridiculous tack...
