If Israel were to strike this plant, after having already destroyed a nuclear weapons facility in Syria, it would be a clear demonstration of the application of the doctrine of proportionality. That is, Israel will have used enough force to deal with evident threats, but obviously not enough to act as deterrent.

It would also be a good test of the O admin's ability to parse reality.

I smell an air strike or spec ops mission on the horizon. Not if, but when...
