Avi Issacharoff: 'Al-Qaida intifada could make Hamas look like child's play' - '[Hussam Khader: "After Abu Mazen leaves the scene, there will not be another politician like him. He believes in the peace process and in negotiations more than anyone else in the PA. Every president following him will have only two options: to resign or to embark on a military intifada. I've said this, right here, more than once. A Pal state will not survive 6 months as a civil authority. It will be radicalized and become a Hizbollah like dominion, or worse. None of the essential groundwork for a successful state have been laid, though they've had since Oslo to do it, and we're sitting on 3 or 4 generations of people now who have all been indoctrinated exclusively in the idea of perpetual war with the Jews.

How does Sec. Rice not see this?
