Our friend Yaakov has another winning essay that takes a look at the term "rule of law" from an angle different from the one I did below (In fact, I might more properly term it, "Rule of Lawyers".)

I've heard a lot of long, windy explanations for why videotaping the opposing team's signals isn't a violation of the NFL rule that explicitly forbids videotaping the opposing team's signals. But Yaakov managed to come up with something longer and windier than all of them put together. I don't believe I've ever seen Eric Mangini compared to Sheik Nasrullah before!

I'm wondering what Yaakov has planned on the subject of Tom Brady's cast...?
